I fully understand all the complexities created by multiple users using a single computer, dynamic IP addresses provided by some ISPs etc, etc. To enable me to act against those who do abuse this I need to state my position on multiple accounts. Further, if it's obvious (and it usually is pretty quickly) that a user is using multiple accounts I will delete one or all of them. I will not look at IP addresses only.
