Clownburner 0 #51 July 21, 2003 0:5:1 Did a canopy flight school with Wyat Drewes, made my first (intentional) landing on the grass at Perris. Total beer owed now at 2 cases; to be paid at Rantoul! beautiful weekend, despite the winds getting pretty squirrelly on Sat. afternoon... Stopped jumping after I landed backwards. Looks funny on video though. 7CP#1 | BTR#2 | Payaso en fuego Rodriguez "I want hot chicks in my boobies!"- McBeth
pd190 0 #52 July 21, 2003 0:7:0 Saturday - Able to get at least one in on saturday before the weather rolled in. Got a 3 way 7pter. spent the rest of the day working in the soon to be finished new hangar. Sunday - Absolutely beautiful day on the beach. All of those stupid clouds stayed way inland. Started the day with a nice 4 way with 6pts. Did 3 tandems, worked an AFF dive vid for training, and finished the day with a 3 way 9pter with Rick from Z-hills and another local. Thanks for the great dive Rick, hope that you and Debbie enjoyed your visit. Also worked the beach DZ so that some new qualified jumpers could get their first taste of the sea air over the beach. All in all, another great weekend on the beach!
rehmwa 2 #53 July 21, 2003 0:14:~1 Skyleague meet this weekend with professional coaching. This is my "happy place" I took a teammate up on his first CrW jump. Ended in a downplane. Very nice weekend after all. ... Sorry about that , but there is something about doing 20mph on a creeper after a fwe beers that is really funny. Where is the wheel? It will be somewhere on one of the roads in the airport. Can you try and get some better wheels this time, maybe with proper bearings so they wont come off in future. Quote 1 beer line incursion. BTW if nobody called the incursion did it really happen? Spy38W 0 #59 July 22, 2003 0 : 9 : 1 What a flocking awesome weekend. Jumped with newbies Saturday, and did a couple of Birdman jumps on Sunday. Beer for either my first Birdman jump, or first time landing off with a Birdman suit (same jump) Hopefully the person who gave me the FJC will bring out an order form on Wednesday since the computer here won't print it out. -- Hook high, flare on time
