Sebazz1 2 #3 July 23, 2003 Actually right after I pressed post I realized that at Marina airport where Skydive Monterey Bay is, they placed fencing surounding all of the tarmac and airplanes. wingnut 0 #4 July 24, 2003 yup there are fences and gates at our airport and a rouine security patrol of the ap but it's worthless... the cops give us shit for leaving the gate open wich is right infront of our "hanger" door and we tell them that tier "boss" said it was okay.. they ask wich boss and we say "andy", "andy grifith"..lol...... they don't like that though..... the fences are pointless as they go the entire way around and we have a 1 mile runway so there is parts way out there that you could easily jump withought ever beeing seen or you could doit right next to our hanger or anywhere for that mater and just make sure you look out for anybody watching....... all really lame atampts to make the airport safer... if you wanted to and knew how to fly you could steal almost any plane parked at the ap anytime you wanted..... ______________________________________ "i have no reader's digest version" Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
