skybytch 273 #1 July 24, 2003 Less than 24 hours 'til I leave on my next adventure - the Rantoul Road Trip! The car is serviced, washed and vacuumed, the camping gear, toys, books and most of the clothes are packed, the last load of laundry is in the washer. I even remembered to get extra batteries for the camera. Packing the car tonight and hitting the road as early as possible Friday morning. Driving alone across the country has been on my list of things to do for years. My fingers are crossed that my car makes it there and back with no problems... Gonna take my time and see as much as I can; planning to drive no more than 400 miles a day. So I'll be away from the forums at least until I get to Rantoul.
