It has still not been determined whether the vote will be solely to determine if the Gov. should be recalled or a combination recall/election. It will have to be decided by the courts. It is possible that it will be a recall only vote where the outcome would be that the Lt. Gov. takes over with out further voting. I still can't believe Cali re-elected that guy. Deuce 1 #10 July 24, 2003 Negative ghostrider, the pattern is full. The candidates to fill the office will be on the ballot. So will the racial privacy initiative. So will the State Infrastructue fund initiative. Once this thing is in motion, and it is, the Governor can't quit and let the Lt. Governor take over.
