DYEVOUT 0 #1 July 31, 2003 I was gonna stick this in Gear & Rigging, but I could use an answer quick, and this forum is better travelled. My wife ordered me a Hurricane helmet from Para-Gear for my birthday (without me knowing), and they just called her and told her it's not gonna ship 'till the end of August. This is O.K., because I am not a big fan of the "open forehead" design anywhoo. I saw an ad in this month's Parachutist for a new Kevlar composite lid that is shaped more like a streamlined Protec (more coverage). Does anyone remember the name of it, or have the mag. handy?
