BobB 0 #1 August 2, 2003 For the first time in years I am sick with some kind of cold . The sunshine and blue skies are laughing at me. My new dropzone.com t-shirt is laughing with equal fortitude . I'd love to be jumping, but I would rather not experience explosive cranial decompression on the plane . I really wanted to be in Raeford today, too. As of last weekend they had 22 tandems scheduled. I wanted to see how they pulled this off with so many folks at Rantoul. Time for another shot of NyQuil...ugghhhh this is not fun. Yes, I know it is snowing. No, we are not putting the top up. Push 0 #2 August 2, 2003 I had a cold all week, and all week it was jumpable. Borderline jumpable, but a go. Yesterday I finally decide that my cold is gone and I'm good to jump. Wake up bright and early today to get a head start on the jumping, check the weather. Fog. Ceiling: 100 feet. -- Toggle Whippin' Yahoo Skydiving is easy. All you have to do is relax while plummetting at 120 mph from 10,000' with nothing but some nylon and webbing to save you.

chopchop 0 #4 August 2, 2003 Worse than that is being in FL for 3 weekends in a row and when I am working, the skies are blue, when I'm not, it's raining or clouded over. I have been to a dz 4 times since I've been here and left every time due to weather, the best day being a 4-jump Saturday in Z-Hills. To top it all off, I have a new-to-me Stilletto I hooked up a week ago and have not yet jumped. This sucks! I wanna go home!! Whhaaaahhhhh!!!!! chopchop gotta go... Plaything needs a spanking..
