Remster 30 #26 August 4, 2003 QuoteReturning to the original question ... Phillips is the only razor that works on my sensitive skin. Philips here too.... dont like Brauns. By the way, in the US, I think Philips are marketed as the Norelco brand.Remster

SkyAnt 0 #28 August 4, 2003 None. I use a blade man. And as suggested previously take at least one day a week off shaving and you'll find it a great deal less irritating. I only use the electric on holidays. Shaver that is. Am I right SkyBrian? I'm right aren't I? Are we da man? "All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing." AggieDave 6 #33 August 4, 2003 I HATE electric razors. They're really bad on my face/neck. I sometimes have problems with bumps, it has to do with razor burn. You should try a different shaving cream (the sensitive skin gels work really well for me), and try shaving with cold water instead of hot/warm water. After shaving wash your face with cold water, then put on some good aftershave/aftershave lotion. That'll probably take care of your bump problem.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."

AggieDave 6 #35 August 4, 2003 Suck! Well...good luck. I did use a Norelco (sp?) for a while, when I was still in the Corps of Cadets. I'd shave for real in the morning, and touch up with it before evening formation. The hair was short enough then that it would work and I wouldn't get razor burn from it too bad...--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."
