Hyun Jong, 41, was arrested as he was flashing his sex organ to pedestrians and motorists on Roxas Boulevard at about 10:00 a.m. Police inspector Kimberly Molitas and officer John Taruc were driving from Quirino Avenue when they spotted Hyun's indecent display and arrested him. The Korean's two companions and compatriots claimed Hyun was showing off to a cab driver by exposing to him his penis because he was angry with the driver, who had sideswiped him with his vehicle in front of the Grand Boulevard Hotel. Hyun's Korean companions did not say how a display of private parts could be an expression of anger. Hyun's passport listed him as a businessman. He has been in the Philippines for two months. In the police station, Hyun and his companions showed their displeasure by shouting at the cops. "Philippine police no good," shouted one of them. "Don't shout," retorted a police officer. The argument between the police and the foreigners ended when the authorities gave an ultimatum that Hyun's companions would be booked if they did not quiet down. Senior police officer Cecilio Sacorum said Hyun would be charged with exhibition or violation of the Revised Penal Code. Accelerate hard to get them looking, then slam on the fronts and rollright beside the car, hanging the back wheel at eye level for a few seconds.
