Blahr 0 #1 August 9, 2003 I read somewhere that a new PD canopy comes with a collapsable slider as standard. I have not been able to find any documentation that backs this statement up. Is this true or is someone feeding me bad info?

Is this true or is someone feeding me bad info? almost every canopy comes with a collapsable slider. i haven't seen a canopy with-out one in a long time, like only on student canopes. are you thinking of a collapable pilot chute?? later
Blahr 0 #3 August 9, 2003 Nope :-) I am definately thinking of slider. I have been out of the game for a long time and the last canopy I bought new was a PD-190 about 9 years ago. It did not have a collapsable slider but rather a big square noisy thing :-) I now have a brand shiny new Sabre2 on the way, thats why I was wondering You did answer my question, thanks
Brisco 0 #4 August 9, 2003 I just bought a brand new Sabre2 about 2 months ago and it came with a collapseable slider. Brisco Experience is what you get when you don't get what you want.
bobsled92 0 #5 August 9, 2003 Nice choice! My Sabre2 demo was 100% fun with my clothes ON My Triathalon has a single cord/collapsable & the Sabre2 demo had the 2 cord/collapsable=excellent I started in 1991 and was out for a while also, catching up can be fun and seeing people in the sport 1/5 your time started and have 7times the jumps is strange_______________________________ If I could be a Super Hero, I chose to be: "GRANT-A-CLAUS". and work 365 days a Year. http://www.hangout.no/speednews/
