LouDiamond 1 #1 October 20, 2011 Please see the information on the update to PSB-7 below from Vigil. Please find attached our Vigil PSB–8. This is an update that replaces our recent PSB-7. Vigil PSB-8 includes better guidance and compliance requirements, as well as expanded serial numbers to be checked for October 07 cutters. Only those cutters found with an OCT 07 manufacture date on the cutter itself must be replaced. We have received some cutters with Sept and Nov 07 dates. September and November 07 cutters would only require the magnet test be performed. As always, please feel free to contact us with any questions. NovaTTT 2 #3 October 21, 2011 Hi, Nicholas. None of my clients have units that are shown on the list, so I am leaving the choice up to them as to whether or not the cutter gets checked before the next I&R. If one should choose to have it checked: Quoteriggers, do you perform the check for free ? Nope Quotedo you charge an opening/reclosing of the rigs you have already packed yourself ? Yes QuoteDo you charge a complete repack if you had not packed the reserve yourself ? Yes - a full I&R is the only way that's going to happen at Chez Loft de Nova"Even in a world where perfection is unattainable, there's still a difference between excellence and mediocrity."
