bailiff 0 #1 October 19, 2011 Perhaps not much to go on but I'm looking to create a backpack with this specific look: http://cdn.buzznet.com/media/jjr//2010/12/tron-legacy/tron-legacy-december-17-poster-05.jpg Does anyone know which rig this is or what it looks like from behind? Or if the buckle in the front can be purchased separately? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. :)
JerryBaumchen 1,466 #2 October 19, 2011 Hi bailiff, To me that does not look like a parachute system. For the buckle, try here: http://www.paragear.com/templates/parachutes.asp?group=34&level=1 JerryBaumchen
bailiff 0 #3 October 19, 2011 Could be a prop too.. It's USED as as a parachute rig in Tron Legacy. :) The buckles look fantastic! Thanks! =)
LouDiamond 1 #4 October 19, 2011 Cobra buckles are typically expensive as far as a single buckle goes. What do you intend to do with it? In using them on military parachute systems, belts and tactical gear I have found them to be mostly a novelty item that drives the price up. They can be hard to work around too due to their size/shape depending on how you are using them. They are plenty strong but I think a lot of people add/use them just because they look cool."It's just skydiving..additional drama is not required" Some people dream about flying, I live my dream SKYMONKEY PUBLISHING
