Accelerate hard to get them looking, then slam on the fronts and rollright beside the car, hanging the back wheel at eye level for a few seconds. skydiverbrian 0 #4 August 17, 2003 That's a pretty cool looking award. Any idea who designed/made it? In a world full of people, only some want to fly... isn't that crazy! --Seal

KawiZX900 0 #6 August 17, 2003 I've commisioned Cherrie La Porte of (a play of colors) to make them. 1st place are $525 a piece and second are $375 third can be done two different ways between $125 and $250. If I could persuade anyone to forego a jump and donate to what we're trying to put together I'd greatly appreciate it. We'll have 36 of these awards for the pro and intermediate competitions in SkySurf FreeFly & Swooping. They weigh about 15 pounds a piece and yes Carl Nespoli and Mary Tortamasi jumped it with Gianni flying camera over the weekend at Perris. With the help of Scott over there we were able to get a handle added to the back of the award and Carl was able to fly it, dump with it, then he grabbed it with both hands for opening and held it by the longer section of bronze when he set up for final and he landed it. We're going to go out and do it again w/ the skyboard. It worked out really well. Video will be linked as soon as we can get it up on the boogie website. Stay tuned, more to come.
