nubain1 0 #1 August 21, 2003 Well I did it.I went today and got my new tattoo.OR most of it anyway.Had about 4hrs of work done and still need another 2-3 to finish it.All that's left really is putting the rest of the colors on.And would'nt you know I can't get my camera or scanner to work to put it up on here.I have the drawing the artist did and was going to scan it in. It is Homer just opening his canopy.Got the idea from a pic in this month's Parachustist pg31 and bart already under canopy with the plance heading off into the clouds.It's a big piecs.It akes up the majority of my lower leg.When I can get pics I'll put them up for all to see. nubain1 0 #3 August 21, 2003 You would not beleive the work the artists did.Just the black and gary of it was almost enough to keep it without all the colors.The artist that did it has a wall full of awards from tatto conventions for pieces he entered.He wants to enter mine in the most unique category when it's finished.I can't wait till I get to go back and get the colors finished.All that's left is the canopy colors the plane being colored background and harness colored in.Bart and Homer are finished and the shading of the colors is amazing. rocket 0 #4 August 21, 2003 Well you went and done it now. As you can see from my avitar that I have a tattoo as well, and they're addicting as well. Actually the tattoo covers my upper left torso, up the arm down the back and across my chest. When I started it was a simple tribal on the face of my shoulder. NOW LOOK AT IT! Now I have to budget between my two addictions, skydiving and my tattoo. I guess having a girlfriend is completely out of the question now. Then again, maybe that's not so bad after all. He has such pretty skin anyway that I wouldn't want him to cover it up. As for me, I have two, and I love them, and because they are so addictive, I would get more if I could afford it and my honey wasn't against it. However, some things are worth giving up. I would rather be with him and skydive than have another tattoo and lose him and skydiving! ***************************************** Blondes do have more fun!
