indyz 1 #6 August 25, 2003 Quotehave you gotten any color bleeding or anything like that from it? I have no issues with the picture quality. I'm not a mediaphile, though. It could suck and I just don't realize it.

Fast 0 #8 August 25, 2003 Toshiba, Mitsubishi, Sony, Hitachi. Them are my top 4 brands when looking at TVs, in that order. I currently have a toshiba, last tv was a 12yr old mitsu that we retired still working because we wanted bigger. My friend has a sony, and the other brand that almost swayed me as of late was the hitachi. Edit to add: Something like this, or in that family of tvs~D Where troubles melt like lemon drops Away above the chimney tops That's where you'll find me. indyz 1 #10 August 25, 2003 Just to add: I checked the model number and I have a 20AF41. It looks like the one that Fast linked to is a newer version of the same model.
quade 4 #11 August 25, 2003 V -- Drive just a -little- north past the Elsinore drop zone and get yourself over to the Sony Outlet store. (ok -maybe- 10 miles north of the turnoff for Elsinore.) They have some B-Stock items, but also some factory originals and some GREAT deals. The Sony Trinitron is arguably the standard by which all other consumer monitors are judged. Without a doubt Sony monitors are used in more editing factilities in the US than all other monitors, so you have a far better chance of seeing what was intended (depending on how well you can set yours up). And once again, no, I have no relationship to Sony other than using their products professionally for the last 20 or so years.quade - The World's Most Boring Skydiver

Skream 0 #13 August 25, 2003 I don't understand the flat TV thing on small screens. I'd rather spend the $300 on a 27" with a slight curve than a flat 20". But that's just me. I'd get more out of the 7" (wouldn't anyone?) than something perfectly flat.--- Michael Teator Lexington, Kentucky
