Still don't have a good stable sit, but video helps. I don't think I've ever been this frustrated in my life. I did like 20 jumps trying to sitfly and I still can't really hold it stable. freeflygoddess 0 #67 August 25, 2003 Sit flying takes time. I found that out after many paid coach jumps and lots of jumps on my own that it was only when I wasn't trying to sit that I actually was stable. Sometimes frustration makes freeflying very difficult which in turn makes us more fustrated...Just Relax and have fun and do still talk to a coach because that helps the most.
