PhreeZone 20 #1 September 5, 2003 I met Karen last year when she stoped by my DZ. As of last weekend she made it official... She's jumped in all 50 states, 4 Canadian proviences, Mexico, Spain and a few othere places. Not bad for a girl thats only been jumping for about 4 years and has under 400 jumps. Check out her stories on her webpage and I'll bet a few of you have bumped into her over the last few years... http://www.karenhawes.com/travels.htmlYesterday is history And tomorrow is a mystery Parachutemanuals.com

flyangel2 2 #5 September 6, 2003 Oh how Karen has grown. I remember her when she did her first Tandem at Mile-Hi in Colorado. Yes, that gal does get around.May your trails be crooked, winding, lonesome, dangerous, leading to the most amazing view. May your mountains rise into and above the clouds. - Edward Abbey
