MarkF 0 #1 September 10, 2003 I just found a little newspaper called The St. Kilda Bugle St. Kilda is a suburb close to the city on the beach where everyone is involved in either the arts - mostly film, drugs or prostitution. Have a look at the Bugle and have a laugh - the "ticker tape" across the bottom is fucking hilarious. Some of it is Melbourne centric but a lot isn't. Enjoy...:-) Ooroo Mark F...
