First, sometimes we are looking at the thread, we're just waiting for a couple posts to see where it goes. You all are getting very good at laying down the smackbooty before we even have to! Other times, you may see us online, but we might be moderating other forums, or even doing something else. Almost all of us moderate from work, and sometimes it does behoove us to actually do work at our paying job. If you see me online, it's very possible that the forums have been minimized on my computer and I'm not looking at them. This is a way to get our attention about a problem thread though; send us a pm. Messenger tells me when I have a message, and I am more apt to see that then a random post in the thread asking why we aren't doing anything. When you do send the pm, send us the direct clicky link of what you want us to look at. It's very time consuming to have to seach for a thread, especially when you just say, "please look at so-and-so's post in Talkback". The easiest way for you to make it clicky is to hit the "copy shortcut" link that appears under the poster's screen name and then paste it in the pm surrounded by the "url" links.
