mujie96 0 #1 September 10, 2003 Is my connection screwy or is the site down? I'm trying to SHOP damnit....and by the way, am I wrong to think that something's a little off when I can get a new reserve for less than 100 more than some of the used ones that are several years old? Are used reserve canopies some sort of value holding investment that I didn' t know about or am I supposed to haggle? www.para-service.com Just keep swimming...just keep swimming.... TEB6363 0 #5 September 10, 2003 QuoteAre used reserve canopies some sort of value holding investment That probably depends what is "used"... If there are no jumps on the reserve, it is probably worth about the same as new. Some guys at our DZ just got some good deals on used rigs that were a complete package... You might want to keep looking for a complete setup. Once the plane takes off, you're gonna have to land - Might as well jump out!!
