mouth 0 #1 September 11, 2003 Hey guys my daughter has to do a project on hurricane Andrew which hit FL and LA in 1992. We have found some web sites but to print a picture it is forcing us to print the entir 15+ pages of the articles. My poor old computer simply can't handle that. So if you guys could email me or link something in small enough chunks that I can print it that would be great. Any pictures or info she would greatly appreciate. Oh, and she'll need the exact website for the bibliography. Next on the to purchase list: A computer that is younger than me. -- Hot Mama At least you know where you stand even if it is in a pile of shit. lummy 4 #3 September 11, 2003 if you put the mouse over the image and RIGHT click on the picture, there should be an option to SAVE PICTURE AS. There should ALSO be a PRINT PICTURE option... If you save it to desktop, then you can open up the file and print it.This Doesn't always work, for example, you can't do it on DZ.com because they are copyright protected and will say so (actually there's a way around that too but THAT's another story) if THAT doesn't work, center the pciture on the computer Screen. Press the ALT and Print Screen buttons at the same time. NOW open up MS PAINT, put your mouse in the middle and press Cntrl and V (or right click and choose paste) Now print..I promise not to TP Davis under canopy.. mouth 0 #4 September 11, 2003 Lummy, I've tried to copy the pics to word and paint but I always get the NO PHOTO AVAILABLE so I assume the darn thing is aflicted or something. Eric, We have been to those sites but my printer won't print the entire article. It stops after a few pages?????When I try to get it to continue it starts over at the top. That is why I said if you could send it to me in small chunks maybe I could print it. There is also a site on gercities that had a great pic but it won't print it all and I can't make it copy to word, WP, or paint.
