Gawain 0 #1 September 15, 2003 Over 56% voted against Sweden adopting the Euro in a referendum. This, I hope, will bolster the same campaigns dealing with the Euro in the UK and Denmark. Personally, I congratulate Sweden for doing this. They can remain a member of the EU, but not vest their entire future and dependence on it. Common currencies is not a prerequisite for a common economic alliance.
