Harksaw 0 #1 September 15, 2003 When purchasing a skydiving item through Dropzone.com classifieds, when is the appropriate time for the buyer to bring up price negotiation? I dont want to negotiate until I've seen it, (sent to my rigger) and I dont know if its kosher to be haggling over the thing after the seller has taken the expense of mailing it to you. When is it appropriate?__________________________________________________ I started skydiving for the money and the chicks. Oh, wait.

flyangel2 2 #3 September 15, 2003 Gotta go with Keith on this one. After your rigger has inspected the item, then you can discuss price. The seller knows they will be spending money to sell gear for the shipping. Sometimes the price for shipping can be taken off the bottom price of the item. If you decide you don't want the item and have to ship it back, you pay for the shipping. It all works out.May your trails be crooked, winding, lonesome, dangerous, leading to the most amazing view.
