How far is Perris?

Recommended Posts

In SoCal the actual milage from any one point to another point really doesn't mean anything -- unless you're walking or peddieling a bicycle, so you can probably figure out that's not very often.

From LAX to Perris could take maybe 1.5 hours to 3 hours depending on traffic.

If you have a choice, you want to fly into ONT.

From the rental car area, make a right at the signal. Make another right at the next signal. Get into the left lanes. A couple of miles down is the 60 - go east.

The 60 will merge with the 215 in Riverside. Stay on the 215 south when the 60 veers off to the left just after Riverside.

Take the Ethanac Road exit (it's a couple miles south of the city of Perris). Turn right. At the second stop sign turn right onto Goetz Road (Ethanac dead ends into Goetz at this point). The airport is a couple miles down on the right hand side - just look for the wind tunnel under construction. ;)

Thanks. See you there (Oct 2 - 5)?

LMAO...yes, Bytch knows how to get to ONT thankfully. Just realize that she and Deuce can't find their way back to Perris from there after Bytch has had a drink or three. God that was funny ...and fun.

One little thing to make mental note about as your traveling east bound on the 60 freeway you will first see the 215 North /91 south freeway.
STAY ON THE 60 another 5 miles until you see the 215 south (it's a little jacked up jog in the freeway system) after making the transition to the 215 south approx.3 miles down, you should see March Air Force Reserve Base on the left side of the freeway. Than Ethanac is approx. another 10 miles.
Good Luck and drive safely,

Nick

You beat me to it!

Yeah, it requires cell phones, beer, snacks, a bathroom stop in Compton, and a GPS.

You'll be fine, Clay, it'll be kinda like your old Air Force job.:ph34r::ph34r::ph34r::ph34r::ph34r:

Or you can get of the 215 at D St. go straight until the dead end. Turn left then right on Goetz(second stop sign). The Dz will be on your left about a mile or so down the road. It is really a cool way to come to the DZ because you can see the windtunnel as soon as you turn on Goetz. It is a little shorter route then getting off at Ethanac. If you go to Ethanac you actually pass the DZ and have to back track. Plus Ethanac has some nasty pavement on it.

It's ok as long as you don't stop at the liquor store on the corner of D and Case. Hey, Lisa I guess as soon as that huricane hits the whole east coast will know you are there. We are calling it "Hurricane Skybytch" in honor of your moving out there. If it hit Florida they might have wanted to kick you out over that.:DHow is it going so far?

Not bad at all. AC is a wonderful thing. I have chess set for sale at the store. The bar/pool hall down the road from the house has Hefeweizen on tap.

Life is good.
