Sometimes, when you put a throw rug on a vinyl floor, the rubber backing on the rug discolors the floor. It only happened on 1 out of 3 vinyl floors that I have. I can't leave the rug, everything has to be removed from the apartment. I'm going to SO pay for this, I can tell!
