Accolades for Larsen and Brusgaard

I know you've heard it before, but these guys rock. My Pro-dytter died unexpectedly this summer. I thought it was batteries and replaced them. Still no go. I contacted L&B and Mads Larsen emailed me on 8/22 to send it to them. I mailed it after Labor Day some time, and today I got back a new Dytter to replace my dead one, plus an extra set of batteries. Customer service to the max fantastic. I'm a loyal fan from here on out.

i agree too! i bought a used pro track and the battery cover was cracked. so i emailed them and they sent me a replacement and new batteries for free within a week! i love them!!

From my own personal experience L&B has the best customer service out of anybody in the skydiving industry. Firefly runs a close second.
