Does anyone else out there enjoy taking cooking classes?

I have taken some, and now I'm an assistant at the school. So I get to learn from the classes without having to pay.

Every class, I leave with an excellent set of recipes of what we made that evening, plus some new techniques.

How cool is this? It makes for some yummy meals at my house.

I would luv to take some cooking classes. I don't cook as much as I'd like toooo, not enough time in the day! Congrats on becoming an assistant & getting the training/info for free, how awesome is that????
