Need avatar help from PS geniuses

Alright. I'm getting jealous of the fact that everyone else has a high speed avatar, some (such as AggieDave) even with a little pan blur going on.

So I'm going to try to join to community a little more, but I have no idea how to make a jpg of appropriate size. Is it possible to convert this bmp to an appropriate jpg?

EDITED: I had a bmp that was ust of my smiling mug, but it was actually a LARGER file that would not upload. Revised request is for you to crop my face out of this and make it a jpg of appropriate size. Please no horns or moustache.
