jumpinjackflash 0 #1 September 23, 2003 Total and complete crock, have to go to NY tomorrow, couldn't do my AFF IV makeup jump sunday cuz the damn rain... Choked AFF IV (for primarily stupid reasons) on Friday, went Sunday to do over and the weather bombed. To make it worse, can't do a redo tomorrow, cuz I have to go to NY on business, and can't get back to do it again till Friday. In the meantime, I have to climb on a plane, ride past altitude (man I wanna go out high too, 30K, oh yeah, I'm up for it!!!) cross country, and I CAN'T EVEN JUMP OUT OF THE PLANE!!!!!!! Can you think of anything that sucks worse? New airline feature for jumpers, when you reach destination, before they put down for the whuffo's, they let the jumpers out. Express Delivery!!! jjfIt's a gas, gas, gas...

Vertifly 0 #3 September 23, 2003 what would suck worse? hmmmmmm... imagine if you had to make that flight with the door open the whole way and a rig on your back. that may make you feel a little better...then again, maybe not. LOL
Push 0 #4 September 23, 2003 It would suck at first, but once we get to 30 grand and the hypoxia sets in, it would get a lot more fun -- Toggle Whippin' Yahoo Skydiving is easy. All you have to do is relax while plummetting at 120 mph from 10,000' with nothing but some nylon and webbing to save you.

bobsled92 0 #6 September 23, 2003 I understand. It is the primary reason I hate to fly Commercial=Damn doors don't open!! I even have a habit of shouting "DOOR!" and checking the "spot" when parking the van at the store.(true story 3out of 5 times)_______________________________ If I could be a Super Hero, I chose to be: "GRANT-A-CLAUS". and work 365 days a Year. http://www.hangout.no/speednews/

My brain has been starved of oxygen since, 1982 or so. Course, two years of not smoking, I believe my lungs are beginning to work again!!! Just need a little oxygen for that 30 grand ride, that's all. jjfIt's a gas, gas, gas...
