The king Air was making record time to altitude and fun was had by all (except the chick who broke her arm) at the Casino Party at Skydive Atlanta. I had 9 fun jumps including one dressed in our Pimp and Ho attire. I am curious as to why the camera guy insisted on flying directly behind me and Jen!? Jello shots shaped like poker chips were the flavor of the evening and lots of fun was had by all. -- Hot Mama At least you know where you stand even if it is in a pile of shit. eeneR 3 #3 October 5, 2003 2:0:1 2 days of pain the butt work to finish up a trailer at the DZ...over the last few weeks, we had to tear down the desks and stuff that were in there, this past weekend, we measured and cut a sub floor to stick the cheep vinyl tile to (the trailer wasnt square either lots of cutting), (doesnt stick to partical board ) Cut and glued that down, tiled the floor, sealed windows, made a cover for the AC unit that had nothing but a tarp coving the inside from the out! It now has been plywooded into the trailer! Built 2 futons, installed fridge, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and a few other things oh yes made curtains for 8 windows....and got to sleep in MY trailer last night!!! Yippie... Didn't want to close up and jump just in case someone wanted to spend their money. Hung out and drank a bit Saturday evening then went to an Italian restaurant in Sebastian for dinner (I don't know the name, I was really drunk at the time). Got back to the house relatively early, turned the TalkBack odometer over 500k, then couldn't get to sleep until 4:30 am. I knew that you would not be getting on first load! But I must say you seemed quite fine this afternoon. Oh yeah, almost forgot what the thread was about - I was only able to sneak out of the office for three - no, four this weekend BUT I did have one of my nicest swoops ever that resulted in many compliments and constructive (for once) criticism. We were going to jump with Fozchek, but the wait for a plane was really long so Pop twisted my arm into bagging on the load and drinking beer. That Pop...he's a really bad influence! Guess who rolled up to my BFE DZ...we're all packing up getting ready for the next load, when a car rolls up an two guys wearing GO FAST shirts get out...it's Luigi Cani and JC Colashure! Totally badass, Luigi and JC were at the Royal Gorge Bridge invitational BASE boogie, and dropped by for some jumps and a very special jumps. They were going to skydive on to the Royal Gorge Bridge (and did) I was on the load when they went out...Wow! JC went out, but Luigi stayed on because he didnt' like the crosswinds...I really respected that he knew where his limits were and decided not to go. I did something like 10 tandems this weekend, not a bad weekend, if you ask me, had some fun jumps, had some phat-nasty hook turns with some noice swoops (no, not that last one on Saturday, I know, that one sucked...nice and fast, but low and short). All in all, I had a very nice weekend. You know what's absolutely crazy? I actually get paid to jump out of airplanes! A-ron is right off the balloon, and does 3 or 4 FF transistions and is rock-freak-solid the entire time.
