They clog up the Westgate bridge and tie up police resources when the jumpers don't give the control centre a call to let 'em know that it's "only" BASE jumpers and not suicides (a LOT from the bridge - around 2 or 3 a week). Remember not so long ago some turkey jumped the bridge in broad daylight with a lot of people watching. AND he / they didn't call the Vicroads control centre first. The cops and ambos got called and raced to the scene fully expecting to drag a suicide out of the drink. Instead they spent quite some time trying to entice the totally unhurt jumper of the river.
