An Australian transgender-lobbying group, the WOMAN Network (search), is outraged that organizers of a Lesbian festival in Victoria, Australia, would only let, "female-born" lesbians attend.

Men who became women and are still attracted to women sexually, say they should be included.

But a spokeswoman for the festival insists there is a difference between lesbians born female and those born male, adding, "It's not about excluding, it's about affirmation of our identity." Nevertheless, an Australian court has ordered the festival to let all types of lesbians in.
