It is not surprising since most Gov'ners do it, as do many presidents before they leave office. However, there is some point at which it becomes obvious that there is more going on than just appointing a few of your lawyer friends to Judgships. So my question to you is, In the past 11 weeks, how many judgeships has Gov.
