TheAnvil 0 #1 October 9, 2003 I'm making a red ale tonight. I haven't made a red ale in a long time - well over a year. I think I used to modify the recipe by using some brown sugar along with the corn sugar, but can't remember if that was for another recipe or not. I really should keep better records. Any homebrewers out there have any suggestions? I think I remember seeing one or two on here.
