I'll have to wave to him on the ride to altitude. ---------------------------------------------------------- "Cheech and Chong" star in Kern County prison Guilty of selling drug paraphernalia KGET 17 News Bakersfield, CA, Oct. 10 - Actor comedian Tommy Chong has reported to a Kern County prison to serve a nine-month sentence for conspiring to sell bongs and other drug paraphernalia over the Internet. Chong was sent to the Taft Correctional Institution. The actor pleaded guilty in may to selling bongs through his family company, Nice Dreams Enterprises. Chong was caught after federal agents conducted a sting operation, ordering bongs and pipes over the Internet and having them shipped to a phony shop in Pennsylvania. Then they'll have a reunion at Taft. How about "The Blunts of Madison County"? "Titanic II"... "Dude, can I steer?" "Too Fast, Too What?" "Breakfast at Dennys with Tiffany?" Those two have been doing this for so long, shouldn't they get an honorary doctorate in something? Dr. of Fine Arts or something. Let's face it, they've made more movies than some pointy-headed teacher at Berkely. I am appalled that the Oscar nomination committee has passed over their cinematic contributions so many times.
