ifics 0 #1 October 20, 2003 Looks like I might be moving to Florida soon (Tampa) What should I expect along the lines of DZ's? I hear its a great place to be for a number of things. Reason is, I am just about to turn 21 and my parents are selling the house which = me wanting to get the F out of here. Everyone is pretty cool down here in Texas I am just starting to get to know ppl at my DZ. I could just move some where in Texas but I love Florida and thats where I want to be. Any opinions are welcome
 AggieDave 6 #2 October 20, 2003 N. Texas is very nice. I grew up in Sherman, but a lot of towns around there (McKinney, Plano, Allen, Frisco, etc) would be a great place to live and there is a decent job market up there. Not to mention that SD Dallas is in Whitewright, so its not very far away from any of those.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." Great night life, 2$ any beer you want bar, cafe on teh premises and a huge swoop pond. Lots of camping going on. 140 ways this spring. 100 way from cessnas in January. Occasional men walking around in lingerie. Shoot n Chutes. And if the weather is crappy, Tampas a great place to be. Lake wales is about 1.5 hours away, Deland about 2, and sebastian is around 2.5-3.
