Blue skies and mowing the lawn- Bad combination

Recommended Posts

Well it happened, there I was riding the mower along on what had been a cloudy day wishing I was at the DZ. THe the clouds started to part showing a large amount of beautiful blue. I was evidently a bit distracted for too long because ....BAM ... then there is one less shrub in our yard now.

oops, hopefully no one will notice ;)

It was in a row of bushes, I could take out another one and obtail symmetry ;)

Of course this wouldn't have happened if I had been at the DZ. Possible an interesting lesson learned.

This is why my GF hired a landscaper for our house. The only problem is, I'm in the landscape industry & used to own a landscape company! I still own all the equipment needed, I just can't find time to do it! The argument goes somthing like this:
ME " I'll do it when I get home from the DZ"
HER "Your not comming home till tomarrow night"
ME " I promise! It will get done" (thinking to myself when the temp drops below 100)
Neddles to say, the lawn has been mowed by me 3 times this summer!
