I am a firm believer in "Buy it now" as well.:)
I agree...nice little tool to use. However, also remember that there are extra fees when listing something with the buy it now or reserve price features, so you might want to keep that in mind when setting the price of the items you sell.

Yes, but if you start something out as just $1 with no reserve and you only pay $0.50 to list it, ebay will come back at you when the auction ends if it is over $20 or so.
Case in point - I sold something a few weeks ago, started bidding at $1 with no reserve. The item sold for $170 (thereabouts) and I got hit with another fee of $3.45 - a small percentage of the final price.
Buy it now option is only like $0.50 more, but was worth it since I only expected to get $70 for my item anyways.

Note that in the title I put a few keywords SBF 289 and 302 - that is a common search that people use to find parts that will cover their vehicle or anything related to it.

So, I'll take some pictures and probably set a Buy It Now option. I'm sure the extra charge will be worth it if I can get the cash sooner at a guaranteed amount. I should probably make note that buyer is responsible for transportation correct?

Yes, buyer is always the one to pay shipping. You can either set a fixed shipping amount which is what most people do to avoid the hassle of weight, contacting the buyer, etc.
As a seller/buyer, I totally agree. The effort you put into selling it gives it a higher quality, so pics are a big help.
And when in doubt, start the bidding price low--you can always choose to put in a reserve price so that if the reserve isn't met, you aren't obligated to give the item away...
I am a firm believer in "Buy it now" as well. I just sold something for $80 this morning that I didn't even expect to get that high.
Again, PICS ARE EVERYTHING. I won't buy unless there is a picture either.
Now I am going to quit posting for a bit to play with the Neptune I just got from Arlo. :)
