You don't have to agree with that reason - we don't really care. Is this unfair? DILLIGAF? As the red forked one says - This ain't no damn democracy. If you don't like the way these forums are moderated, you're welcome to not post here. There's far too much noise in the forums as of late. It's drowning out the signal. Don't be surprised if more noisy posts and threads disappear in the future... and if one of yours does don't PM the moderator you "think" did it, don't repost the same post, don't whine about it in another post - get over it and move on. I think it is a good time to remind folks to spend some time learning the forum rules. With that said, talk back has always had some stupid silly threads that I sometimes find entertaining. On the flip side, there have been some serious threads (ie: political, religious) that I have found downright annoying. So, lately I have just skipped over them. I enjoy a combination of silly and serious threads. From a non-greenie point of view, I see some gray areas in what would be perceived as noise and what wouldn't. So I can understand why an individual would ask why a thread was locked. Some are blatantly obvious and others not so obvious. Personally, I've witnessed threads that I consider to be complete drivel, stay alive and never get locked. But, I'm just one user here. For me personally, the threads I find interesting or entertaining really depends on the mood I'm in at the time. Bottom line is, you can't please everyone. Therefore the greenies and HH have the final say. For the most part, I think they are pretty tolerant. So if a thread gets locked, who cares? Just move on.
