quade 4 #7 November 2, 2003 Maybe you could write an article more specific and get it published. I think I may have mentioned this once or twice before. quade - The World's Most Boring Skydiver
ltdiver 3 #8 November 2, 2003 QuoteDUDE ........... you rock! Finally, something I can share with my trainer on demands and needs of my body to supplement my training. When at the University, I did an article on how my training horses developed into a cardiac exercise for me. The instructor in my fitness class demanded that we all have a cardiac program, and I had to prove my heart rate stayed up at the level the instructor demanded be in our timed routine. Needless to say, I won the debate, and my work (training horses) counted towards my cardiac sessions. Hey, I did it 4 hours/day 5x/week, so I was one fit chick back then! ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
