Yes, that's one of my favourites, too, People are confusing "irrespective" and "regardless". Also, I believe the correct spelling of that non-word is "irregardless". The non word is a double negative since both the prefix "ir" and suffix "less" mean negation.

"Expresso" is another one, even though many people spell it correctly, but mispronounce it.

Well, I for one didn't even read the list.

I know I'm not exempt from the list, and I'm sure I've been guilty of many of the list items.

You know what? It's the internet. Anyone canmake themselves look like a genius. Don't believe a damn thing until you actually meet the person.

I've met a great number of people who have greatly impressed with their intelligence me from these forums.

A few others couldn't be further from the truth.

I knew I was in for it when I posted this list, and I knew you all would find something I did wrong. But no guts, no glory, right?

Keep them coming. I have made some corrections and additions already.

My definitions are deliberately short, hence the "cow" rather than the full explanation of the bovine sex organ issue, etc.

When I have time I will add as many of your suggestions as I can.

If you all keep it up we might rival some of the lists that I used to put together mine.
