So if your birthday was November 6th, you actually turn 21 legally between november 4th and 5th at midnight. Not many people know that this is the law in all states. Crazy huh Where'd you get that notion? In PA, on your drivers license it states "Under 21 until xx/xx/xx" and lists your bday, not the day before.
