Help a computer illiterate...

Recommended Posts

I have to post a photo of myself for an online application and it has to be exactly 320x240 pixels (JPEG format)
Today I had a picture taken with a Mavicam and I sat down to work with it since the image was too big. (I have Windows XP Picture and Fax viewer) I clicked on Attributes and typed in the desired size but unfortunately it trims towards the upper left corner which leaves me completely off the picture. Is there any way to shrink the picture proportionately or do I need a new picture taken?

I very much appreciate any help! :S

Hungarianchick huh..............I will always remember the very first Hungarian I ever met. His name was Colonel Buchakia(SP?) A friend of my parents. I couldn't hardly understand a word he said.......But he intrigued me because he fled the country after the revolution. I know he finally went home some years ago. Only took about 40 some years. Anyway....I guess I'm hijacking your thread. :D

You are OBVIOUSLY not familiar with my prowess as a thread hijacker. :DB|

You know, the style is somewhat familiar, but I just can't place the name......
