nightjumps 1 #1 November 14, 2003 Recently installed MSIE 6.0 w/XP sp1.02 and Outlook 2002 on XP. While in MSIE, I click on Mail>Send a Link... Outlook spawns an email and embedded in the header is "This message has not been sent. Outlook blocked access to the following potentially unsafe attachments: www.google.url. I've F1'd, Googled and learned a lot about Outlook L1, L2 security, but no instruction on how to disable this. Any thoughts?

nightjumps 1 #5 November 14, 2003 Thanks, Jeanne. I'd gone there before and typed in the whole statement produced by Outlook to no avail. This time I just typed in Outlook Blocked URL. Guess what - MS knows its a problem and offers the following workaround.... type the url in your message. Sheesh.. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;291506&Product=ol2002
