riddler 0 #3 November 15, 2003 QuoteAre there any dropzones that employ people for on site first aid? I've never been to a medium or large-sized dropzone where at least one of the regular jumpers wasn't an EMT or have at least some emergency medicine skills. Ask around your DZ - you'll probably find at least a few folks that can handle emergencies if they come up.Trapped on the surface of a sphere. ripper0289 0 #4 November 15, 2003 I was wondering because I'm an ER nurse, just wanted to know if I could fulfill my fantasy of working at a dropzone. Sort of a "will set broken bones for food or jump" kinda thing.

Jimbo 0 #6 November 15, 2003 Quotestart packing! Exactly what I was thinking. I wonder if employing someone specifically for the purpose of giving first aid might now be a bad idea from a liability standpoint. Anyone? - Jim"Like" - The modern day comma Good bye, my friends.
