ypelchat 0 #1 November 17, 2003 "Adrenaline Rush jumps to DVD format 2003-11-06 Quebec City, November 6, 2003 Sky High Entertainment is proud to announce that its award-winning IMAX format documentary Adrenaline Rush : The Science of Risk will be released in DVD format in the spring of 2004. The DVD release of this breathtaking experience will offer both HD and regular formats in the same box. Since its release in October 2002, Adrenaline Rush has obtained considerable critical and popular success, playing in dozens of theaters in ten countries, with many more engagements to come. It has garnered top box-office spots in several of these theaters, and won a Best of Fest award at the 2003 Minneapolis Omnifest film festival, as well as a special jury award at the 2003 Géode film festival in Paris, France. Produced and directed by a team from Québec, Adrenaline Rush takes a look at the world of skydiving and base jumping – parachuting from a building, a bridge or a cliff. While providing breathtaking views of skydiving over the Florida Keys, the Mojave Desert and in the magnificent Fjords of Norway, the movie also explores the psychological and physiological forces behind risk-taking, and the physics involved in these activities. In doing so, it also shows us how risk-taking is part of everyday life, and why some people look to fly while others prefer to stay with their feet firmly planted on the ground. ypelchat 0 #9 November 18, 2003 Quoteje ne parle francais... but i can do it in portuguese if that would help anyone Well Chris, you speak french quite well! Most people can't write more than a few french words in a row, and they can't even write a full sentence. You only missed one word in your sentence: "Je ne parle pas français." French is surely not an easy language to learn, but i'm sure you can learn it if you want. Feel free to post on the french forum. You're welcome! Skydiving is just like a family, whatever the language we speak. Yves.
