I visited Houston last April & just the bit of driving done well after 6 pm & before 4 pm on a work day was enough to drive me insane. I thought Chicago traffic was bad - at least it tends to move occasionally - but not there. There is no can't. Only lack of knowledge or fear. Only you can fix your fear. Here they take the $ needed to pay for my transit out of my check pre-tax & mail me my transit card. For parking @ the train station, I get a receipt & get a refund for the tax savings I would have received. The do not offer this relief for the cost of gas. There is no can't.
