I stuck my first sit fly!

Recommended Posts

Remember when you were starting out freeflying and thought you never would get it. Well that was me until Saturday! I stuck my first sit! Thanks to the help of my friends T.J., Georgie, and JackHammer!

What a feeling!

Yes, I owe beer..... Ha!

Good on ya! I can only hold mine for about 8 seconds before I tense up due to my sudden awareness of how freaking FAST I'm going, and the corking begins. :S I'm going to seek expert help the next 5-10 jumps...since it worked for you, that is. B|

We have been batting around the idea of taking a weekend and going somewhere outsie of NC and SC. Atlanta has entered our discussions several times. I'm not sure we'll make it before the end of the year, since we're saving for the Thailand Boogie, but I'll let you know when we plan on heading over your way. Maybe by then I'll have a better handle on sitflying, and we can jump together.

I totally recommend going to ASC for some freefly coaching. First of all, these guys are awesome freeflyers, probably have thousands of Coach jumps and are cheap. I went there and did 3 Coach jumps with Nate and it was well worth it. My sit improved by leaps and bounds and I got a great start for headdown.
The people there are alright too :P Love ya La La Gang!

Congrads!! That feeling is awesome! I just learned to sit fly like 40 jumps ago, I'm still working on it and am getting much better with my position and speed. Not I just have to find my tube and then I can start trying to fly with my hands in diff positions. Every bit of progress feels awesome!

Keep it up, you rock!
Angela.
