At last, a law we can use.

ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. - A state law mandating that people take a bath once a year is just one of many unusual — some bizarre — statutes that are or have been on the books in Kentucky.

I, for one, feel better that they are finally addressing this problem. It's not like they're from France or something. ;)

Another state law, for example, stated that "No female shall appear in a bathing suit on any highway within this state unless she be escorted by at least two officers or unless she be armed with a club."

The law was later amended with: "The provisions of this statute shall not apply to females weighing less than 90 pounds nor exceeding 200 pounds, nor shall it apply to female horses."

This law was probably added after the bathing law. After all, even if she is in a bathing suit, unless they've had a bath in a year... ewww :D

When women in bathing suits carry clubs, is this a gender confusion issue?

clicky

I guess they had to add the "Horses" language since you might not be able to tell the difference. :D

I'm wondering how they get the horses into those bikinis in the first place. I guess they should get some kind of "spandex" legislation in motion too.
