Ok some one tell me whats up

Ok i am trying to put up a new av. as every one (Sunny, Dove, ect.ect.) has said the one i have gives them the creeps.

I have a new pic ready it is only 7.5K and in Jpeg format but every time i brows and then hit make change it puts on my old av. Even when i choose none and try to load the new one it will not work.

What am i doing wrong??????
